Martín Miguel Jándula is a lawyer who graduated from the Catholic University of Salta (UCASAL), with extensive experience in corporate and commercial legal advisory services for multinational companies, privately held companies, and small and medium-sized enterprises. His practice focuses on Corporate Law and M&A, including investments, contracts, corporate reorganizations, mergers and acquisitions, due diligence processes, and industrial and intellectual property.
After working at Deloitte Argentina for eight years, he co-founded MODO LAW with other professionals. Throughout his career, he has advised foreign investors on their operations in Argentina and supported companies on corporate law matters, the drafting and implementation of contracts, corporate reorganizations and spin-offs, mergers and acquisitions, and due diligence processes.
He also has experience advising on industrial and intellectual property rights and general corporate law matters, assisting companies and investors with their business operations and corporate legal needs.
He is a member of the Buenos Aires Bar Association (CPACF) and the Argentine Association of Fiscal Studies (AAEF). He speaks Spanish and English.
