Luis María Flores Giménez is a lawyer who graduated from the University of Belgrano, with postgraduate studies in Tax Law at the Pontifical Catholic University of Argentina (UCA). He specializes in administrative and tax matters and has extensive experience in litigation before federal, provincial, and municipal courts, as well as in proceedings before tax authorities.
He has been a partner at MODO LAW since 2015. Previously, he worked at Deloitte Argentina for nearly five years, where he practiced in Tax & Legal and led the tax controversy practice. Throughout his career, he has advised domestic and international clients on a wide range of legal and tax matters.
His professional practice focuses on Tax and Administrative Law and related litigation. As a litigator, he has participated in several cases that established precedents in administrative and tax matters and is admitted to practice before the federal courts.
He has taught tax procedure courses at Universidad del CEMA. He is a member of the Buenos Aires Bar Association (CPACF) and the Argentine Association of Fiscal Studies (AAEF). He speaks Spanish, English, and Italian.
He was recognized as a Notable Practitioner in the ITR World Tax Rankings 2025.
