Juan Manuel de Cabo is a lawyer and holds a degree in Taxation from the University of Buenos Aires (UBA), with extensive experience in tax and corporate law. His practice focuses on mergers and acquisitions (M&A), due diligence processes, and tax and corporate advisory services for businesses.
Throughout his career, he was part of MODO LAW, where he developed his professional practice providing legal advice to businesses. Previously, he spent eight years at Deloitte Argentina as a tax and corporate specialist. He has extensive experience in M&A transactions and due diligence processes, as well as advising companies on tax and corporate matters.
He holds an international certification in Ethics and Compliance awarded by Universidad del CEMA (UCEMA). He also pursued studies in Public Accounting at the University of Buenos Aires (UBA).
He has taught tax procedure courses at the University of Buenos Aires and Universidad del CEMA. He is a member of the Argentine Association of Ethics and Compliance (AAEC) and the Argentine Association of Tax Studies (AAEF). He speaks Spanish and English.
