Gabriela Clerc is a Certified Public Accountant from the University of Buenos Aires (UBA) and has extensive experience in tax and social security advisory. She specializes in federal, provincial, and municipal taxes, tax and social security audits, tax planning, and compliance, providing comprehensive advice to companies on the analysis, review, and optimization of their tax obligations. She developed much of her experience at a leading international firm, where she served as Tax Manager.
Throughout her career she has supported organizations in tax planning and in the review of their tax processes, taking part in tax and social security audits and advising on compliance with federal, provincial, and municipal tax obligations. Her professional practice is characterized by a comprehensive view of the tax function, aimed at providing efficient solutions tailored to the needs of each client.
Her professional activity is complemented by a solid academic career. She served as a competitively appointed teaching assistant for Tax Theory and Technique II at the School of Economic Sciences of the University of Buenos Aires, where she also took part in the training of new professionals. She was likewise in charge of training the technical staff by delivering internal specialized training courses.
She also collaborated on the preparation of exercises and the review of the book Procedimiento Tributario I and took part in the review of Tomo III – Impuestos Comentados, published by Errepar, both works by Dr. Carlos Ernesto Celdeiro, contributing to the development of reference technical material for the profession.
She is a member of the Argentine Association of Fiscal Studies (AAEF), an organization in which she actively participates alongside leading professionals specializing in tax matters.
