Cecilia Goldemberg is a Certified Public Accountant and a Business Administrator graduated from the University of Buenos Aires (UBA). She is a specialist in transfer pricing, international taxation, and federal and international tax planning, with extensive experience advising multinational groups, high-net-worth families, and business owners. She has vast experience in the definition and monitoring of tax planning strategies and tax litigation, providing advice on highly complex transactions both locally and internationally.
Throughout her career, she has developed a solid practice in transfer pricing and international taxation, advising multinational companies on the design and implementation of tax strategies and on compliance with their tax obligations. She also has extensive experience supporting business families and business owners, providing comprehensive advice on tax planning and wealth structuring.
Her professional activity is complemented by a distinguished academic career and a constant presence in the main federal and international tax forums. She was a professor of Taxation in the Certified Public Accountant degree program at the University of Buenos Aires and a lecturer in postgraduate programs at various national universities. She also takes part regularly as a speaker at seminars and conferences on tax matters in Argentina and abroad.
She has played an active role in the International Fiscal Association (IFA), where she was National Reporter at the 51st IFA Congress, a panelist in various editions, and secretary of the Organizing Committee of the IFA 2005 Conference. She also coordinated the Transfer Pricing Panel of the II IFA Latin American Regional Tax Meeting and participated as a panelist in the III Latin American Regional Meeting. At the Professional Council of Economic Sciences of the City of Buenos Aires, she has been a panelist, reporter, and speaker at various congresses and symposia specializing in tax legislation.
She is the author of more than 70 articles published in specialized journals and was director of the Manual de Precios de Transferencia en Argentina. On two occasions she received first prize from the Argentine Association of Fiscal Studies for the best published article, in 2005 and 2012. She was also distinguished by International Tax Review in the ITR World Tax Leaders 2023, 2024, 2025, and 2026 editions, with the “World TP – Highly Regarded” and “Woman in Tax Leader” recognitions, which highlight her career and leadership in the field of international taxation.
She is an active member of the Argentine Association of Fiscal Studies, where she served on the Board of Directors and as Coordinator of the Transfer Pricing Commission. She is also a member of the International Fiscal Association (IFA) and of the Chamber of Corporations, an institution in which she was part of the Honorary Advisory Council on Tax Affairs, and of the Argentine Industrial Union.
