Carmen Susana Vaccaro is a Certified Public Accountant graduated from the University of Buenos Aires (UBA). She has a solid track record in external audits of financial statements and accounting advisory.
She complemented her professional training with the Postgraduate Program in “New National and International Accounting Standards”, delivered by the School of Economic Sciences of the University of Buenos Aires, thereby strengthening her specialization in accounting regulations.
She leads external audit processes of financial statements. She also advises various organizations on the preparation and drafting of such statements in accordance with national and international accounting standards, in compliance with the applicable regulatory obligations.
Throughout her career she has taken part in corporate reorganization processes and due diligence. She also has experience in applying the regulations related to the prevention of money laundering and terrorist financing.
Her professional practice also includes leading the authorization process before the corresponding regulatory body so that entities may keep their accounting and/or tax records through optical/digital media, issuing accounting certifications and reports, and taking part in party-appointed expert examinations, contributing in all these cases a technical view aimed at providing reliable, quality solutions for her clients.
