Leandro Justo is a Certified Public Accountant graduated from the University of Buenos Aires (UBA) with honors (“Cum Laude”). He has specialized in National and International Accounting and Audit Standards at the CPCECABA (Professional Council in Economic Sciences of the City of Buenos Aires). In addition, he holds a Postgraduate degree in Finance from the Argentine Catholic University and has completed the Senior Management Program (PAD) at the IAE Business School.
Prior to joining Russell Bedford Argentina as a Partner, he worked as an Audit Manager at one of the leading international Professional Services Firms and as a Financial Controller at a renowned multinational company in the Food industry.
Throughout his professional career at Russell Bedford, he has led audit processes in both Argentine and multinational companies, overseeing firms listed on the Buenos Aires Stock Exchange and companies registered with SEC. Additionally, he has been involved in initial public offerings (IPOs), debt issuance, restructuring processes, mergers and acquisitions, valuations, and due diligence. Additionally, he has provided advice on the implementation of control systems and structuring new businesses. He has led diagnostic processes and the implementation of IFRS in numerous national and multinational groups.
He is registered as an External Auditor before the Argentine Securities Commission (CNV), and actively participates in the Professional Performance Commission in Companies that participate in the Public Offering of the CPCECABA.
Also, he has been a speaker in training seminars for clients on accounting and financial aspects. Additionally, he has participated in the chairs of Cost Systems and Auditing at the School of Economic Sciences of UBA and has been a trainer at the Rofex Trading School on valuation and exposure of financial information.
