Juan José López Forastier is a Certified Public Accountant graduated from the School of Economic Sciences of the University of Buenos Aires (UBA). He is a specialist in IFRS and holds a diploma in Audit Analytics from the Austral University of Rosario.
He is a specialist in Agricultural and Food Business, having served as Regional Leader of Agribusiness for one of the main Professional Services Firms internationally. He has participated as an Expert in B20 Argentina in the Sustainable Food Task Force, offering a wide range of services that include auditing financial statements, advising on registration processes in capital markets both locally and internationally, and assisting in the purchase and sale of companies.
Additionally, he has participated as a financial advisor in some debt restructuring processes for significant national and international companies in recent years. Moreover, he has extensive experience in business valuations.
