Juan Fuster is a Certified Public Accountant graduated from the Argentine Catholic University (UCA), specialized in Tax Law graduated from Austral University, and specialized in Fintech Taxation graduated from the University of Belgrano.
He has over 20 years of experience advising local and international clients on tax matters in top-tier studies.
His extensive career stands out for his involvement in due diligence projects, tax planning, tax-free mergers and spin-offs, tax incentive regimes, tax consulting, design and implementation of tax optimization strategies, among others.
Currently, he is registered with the Professional Council of Economic Sciences of the Autonomous City of Buenos Aires and in the Professional Council of the Province of Tierra del Fuego.
Among his most notable contributions are teaching courses on tax matters, creating newsletters and memoranda on tax reforms, and actively participating in the Ibero-American Fiscal Committee of Russell Bedford International.
