Diego Kelln is a Certified Public Accountant graduated from the School of Economic Sciences at the University of Buenos Aires (UBA). He is a Specialist in Tax Law from the School of Law at UBA; holds a Master’s in Legal Studies in Taxation from the University of San Francisco (United States), and a Diploma in Transfer Pricing from the University of Belgrano (UB).
His professional expertise lies in the areas of Federal and International Taxation, Transfer Pricing, and Tax Planning. In his more than 22 years of experience in tax matters, he has advised on the legal structuring of companies and individual clients with the aim of reducing the tax cost of their operations. He has also provided advice on the tax planning of local and international mergers and acquisitions, debt restructuring, etc.
Between 2011 and 2013, prior to joining Russell Bedford Argentina, he was appointed Argentine representative in one of the main International Professional Services Firms. During this period, he coordinated the LATAM region in projects related to business optimization models.
