Ariel Goñi is a Certified Public Accountant and a Business Administrator graduated from University of Buenos Aires (UBA), who graduated with honors (“Magna Cum Laude”) in both degrees. Additionally, he holds a degree from the Postgraduate Program in Finance at the Universidad Católica Argentina, the Senior Management Program (PAD) at the IAE Business School, and the International Program Innovation Experience Israel 360.
He has over 23 years of experience advising federal and multinational companies, and has been a Partner at Russell Bedford Argentina since December 2006. Previously, he worked as a consultant at one of the leading international Professional Services Firms.
His experience as an Auditor and specialist in Business Consulting for service companies and industrial corporations includes leading external audit processes in both Argentine companies and multinational groups. He has been in charge of companies listed on the Buenos Aires Stock Exchange and companies under the SEC.
He has also led numerous internal audit and process reengineering projects, accounting-administrative BPO projects, analysis and evaluation of investment and/or business projects, company valuation, economic and financial feasibility studies of heavily indebted ongoing companies, financial restructuring advice for companies, analysis and preparation of business plans, and due diligence audits. Also, he has extensive experience in due diligence processes in local and international mergers and acquisitions, and has provided advice on the implementation of management control systems and structuring new businesses.
Additionally, he acts as a statutory auditor in companies under the public offering regime regulated by the National Securities Commission (CNV) and closed companies; and is registered in the External Auditors Register of the National Securities Commission (CNV).
Also, he has been a speaker at training seminars for clients on accounting and financial matters.
